A few days a season, I work as a stunt tester on the ABC show WipeOut. Yesterday, as I was lying in the mud after failing to conquer an obstacle and the producer said, "Taylor, stick your head up and let it hit you. We need to know if it hurts." So I did. COMMITMENT.

I had a lot of great auditions this month and am starting Improv classes at Improv Olympics. I'm excited to learn more about the craft of improv and get my feet wet. Like sopping. Like mom's-gunna-be-pissed-if-I-don't-take-these-socks-off-before-I-enter-the-house wet. Also, drum roll.. badabadabada...The promo for Solicitation is finally done! Take a look! Last month was great! I booked two different projects, and had a great second call-back for a Paramount feature film. I'm sworn to secrecy on that one, but it was super fun to get that close. Makes me realize just how quickly things can happen out here if you stay in the trenches!
One of the projects I booked is a 20 minute "intro to college" short film for LMU university. I play, (as usual) the "Michael Cera" character who doesn't really know how to talk to girls or do a keg stand. I myself, Taylor can actually do one of those. I'm stoked to spend all next week doing nothing but acting!

I was recently cast in a California Technical University interactive video! I showed up to the audition expecting to audition for a commercial because it was at a familar commercial casting office i've been to before and when i got there the sides were 3 pages of dramatic dialogue! GEEESH! So i took it out to my car and studied it! Annnnd i guess i nailed it because they hired me!
Also, 214 graffiti has shown at a few different art shows now and a RAW artists just finished our video! Check it out!

Hello!
It's been awhile since i've posted! I've been quite busy! I was cast in a short film as the lead and spent about a week working on that before heading home for the holidays! At home I sorta got engaged! And by sorta I mean I definitely got engaged! Her name is Heidi and she is a great motivator and supporter of me and my career. The date is not yet set but we're thinking Nov. and we are excited!

So my film buddies and I entered a commercial contest for crunch gym. This contest challenges young film makers to make a 30 sec commercial for there gym using there mascot the "crunch bunny" and their no judgement policy. We made 2 spots and they both made the top 50! It is now down to a vote for the next week or so and the top 5 voted moved to the next round. The final decision is made by the Crunch Gym team who will give the winning commercial $10,000! My friend Riley who auditioned and casted me in a feature film awhile back introduced me to his manager Tom Klassen. He showed Tom my stand up and Tom invited me in for an interview. Tom's a great guy that's been in the business for a long time. He was an agent at ICM for awhile and even managed the director that did Saved By The Bell! Tom has now agreed to be my manager and help push me in my acting and stand up career!

So that VMA/Verison commercial I did was suppose to just be for internet use but then I get a text from a friend saying "I JUST SAW YOU ON TV!" She wasn't the last either! They are running 2 different spots with me in them on MTV! Go to my "Film" page at the top to see them both!

HOLY CRAP!
I'm sag eligible! So basically some friends and I created a super sweet web series called "Dana Dates." We submitted all the correct paperwork to make it a SAG signatory project and I got Taft Hartleyed! If you're not in the industry and have no idea what I just said, just know that its super cool and awesome for my career! YAY!
